The Monthly Anchor Meeting
- Welcome: a reminder of why we're here, plus the group's ground rules — we over me, phones away.
- Get Down to Business: a quick round of wins and challenges from each member, a check-in on last month's commitments, and fast number updates.
- Learn & Implement: a live workshop on one specific profit lever, group discussion, and then you commit to one clear action before you leave.
- End With a Win: share recent wins and close strong. Some months add a hot seat or structured time for referral trading.

Learn
One concrete system or framework, taught step by step. The recording and templates go straight into your member portal.

Co-working in small breakout rooms. You actually build what was taught the week before, with coaching while you work.

- A simple 3-month minimum, billed monthly — real profit changes take longer than 30 days
- After three months it becomes month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to cancel
- One in-person meeting and three online sessions every month
- Recordings, templates, and tools in your member portal
- Once the founding spots are filled, new members join at $247/month

What does the 3-month minimum mean?
You commit to three consecutive monthly payments. Real profit changes take longer than 30 days, and the group works best when everyone stays long enough to implement and see results. After three months, membership converts to month-to-month.
How do I cancel?
After your first three months, email us at least 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Are there refunds?
No. We don't provide refunds for partial months or for the initial three-month commitment period.
Does the $200 founding rate really stay locked?
Yes, for as long as you remain a continuous member in good standing. If you cancel and rejoin later, the then-current rate applies.
How big is the group?
We're launching small, with about 8 to 12 owners, so everyone gets real airtime and accountability. This is a room built for implementation, not a crowd.
Will there be competitors in the room?
No. We limit membership to one business per category, so you can trade referrals freely and share real numbers without worrying about a competitor in the room.
Do I need to be located in Pearland?
Spark Circle is built for businesses in and around Pearland, so members can meet in person and trade local referrals. We're keeping the area tight on purpose. A Missouri City / Sienna group is planned for early 2027, and you can join the waitlist here →
